Ventilation systems

Eliminate excess moisture

Technologies for humidity regulation

The controlled mechanical ventilation system, thanks to a series of integrated sensors, automatically carries out an ongoing analysis of the room, optimising and adjusting the comfort of the room where it was installed.
It is ideal for kitchens, bathrooms with a shower, basement rooms, and in all those areas where an excessive amount of humidity in the air might lead to the formation of mould.
What are the benefits?

Intelligent

Automatically detects excess moisture, activating only when necessary.

Recover heat

Thanks to the ceramic heat recovery system, the released air is always warm.

Silent

So silent that you won't even notice you have it.

Customisable

It can operate automatically or manually for optimal comfort.

How does it work?

Controlled mechanical ventilation systems are used in all those environments where the air exchange is very low or insufficient: the moisture starts to accumulate, condensing on colder surfaces. This favours the onset of mould and spores that can damage our property and that are harmful to our health.

The extracted air passes through special ceramic disks and is heated. This heated air is then released when cold air accumulates in the room. This way, the air will be only a few degrees lower than the expelled one.

The system can be set to a specific humidity level and can operate with or without heat recovery, by extracting and releasing heat.

The ventilation phases

Entry / extraction mode with heat recovery

Step 1: The sensors detect excessive humidity in the air.

Step 2: Hot air is extracted from the room via the ceramic heat recovery unit.

Step 3: The fresh outside air is introduced into the room via the ceramic heat recovery unit, heating it up in the process.

The fan alternates these phases to maintain the optimal humidity level in the environment.
